Wewoka, OK — The congregation of St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church will gather in celebration and gratitude on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at 3:00 PM to honor a decade of dedication, love, and spiritual leadership by Pastor G. Stacy Bert and First Lady Trina Bert. The 9th Pastor’s & Wife Appreciation Service promises to be a powerful and spirit-filled occasion, marking a milestone of service and faith.

This year’s theme, “Light The House Up,” draws from Luke 11:33:

“No man, when he hath lighted a candle, putteth it in a secret place, neither under a bushel, but on a candlestick, that they which come in may see the light.”

The chosen scripture is a reminder of the visible, vibrant, and valuable light that Pastor G. Stacy and Trina Bert have brought not only to their local church but to the broader community as well. Through their selfless service, consistent faith, and undeniable love for God’s people, they have truly lit the house up for all to see.

The special guest bringing the Word is Rev. R. Williams of Friendship Baptist Church in Oklahoma City, OK. Known for his passionate preaching and commitment to kingdom work, Rev. Williams is sure to deliver a timely and uplifting message for the occasion.
